How long does it take to get my order?
We make all our products “To Order”. Please allow 7-10 business days for the manufacture of your products. Some items do ship right away. That is noted on the product page.
Can I put my own pictures on a product?
Yes, you can. Please note: we require proof of permission before we can print a girlfriend/boyfriend, husband/wife, lover’s picture on any of our products. If this is to be a surprise, send proof you are a current couple and we will consider waiving specific permission.
Why do you use polyester webbing when others use nylon?
Polyester is the single best webbing to use in any application with body fluids. Polyester does not absorb moisture like nylon. It can get “surface dirty”. It can also be cleaned up in the washing machine or the top rack of a dishwasher without loss of color o integrity of the components. Nylon stains, stinks, bleeds color, stretches out, molds and mildews. It is a yucky material to use for adult products.
What if I can’t find exactly what I want?
We are the manufacturer. If we can modify one of our products, or even make a brand new item, we will.
How much is shipping?
Ground shipping is FREE. Expedited shipping is at your expense and we will quote it per order and at the best cost possible.
Do you offer wholesale?
YES. If you have a store or website (or both), we do have a dealer catalog. Just ask and we can e-mail our most recent Digital Catalog. We also offer drop-shipping for e-tailers.
